At Vasroventures, customer satisfaction is important, and customers are allowed to return or request a refund for eligible products within 15 days from the date of delivery.
By placing an order on the Vasroventures website, customers agree that this Returns and Refunds Policy applies and that no returns or refunds will be accepted after 15 days.
2. Return eligibility
Products are eligible for return only if they are unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Certain categories such as innerwear, some accessories, customized or made‑to‑order items, and products marked as “Non‑returnable” or “Final sale” on the product page may not be eligible for return or refund except in cases of defect or wrong item.
3. 15‑day return window
Customers must raise a return or refund request within 15 days of the delivery date; the delivery date mentioned in the tracking details or delivery confirmation will be treated as the reference date.
Any request made after the 15‑day period will not be accepted under any circumstances, and the product will not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
4. How to request a return
To initiate a return, customers must email order@vasroventures.com within 15 days of delivery with the order number, product name, and a brief reason for the return or refund request.
After the request is reviewed, customers will receive instructions on whether a pickup will be arranged or if the product needs to be self‑shipped to the address provided by Vasroventures.
5. Shipping of returned products
If a pickup service is available for the customer’s pincode, a courier partner may be arranged to collect the product from the customer’s address within a reasonable time.
If self‑shipping is required, customers must ship the product using a reliable, trackable courier service and share the tracking details; Vasroventures is not responsible for any loss or damage of products in transit during self‑shipping.
6. Inspection and approval of returns
Once the returned product reaches Vasroventures, it will undergo a quality inspection to ensure it is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.
Vasroventures reserves the right to reject a return and send the item back to the customer if it fails quality checks or does not meet the eligibility conditions.
7. Refund process
If the return is approved after inspection, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase or issued as store credit, as per the policy of Vasroventures.
Refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days to reflect in the customer’s account, depending on the bank or payment service, and original shipping or convenience charges may be non‑refundable unless the return is due to an error by Vasroventures.
8. Exchanges
Subject to stock availability, Vasroventures may allow an exchange for a different size or color of the same product when the return request is raised within the 15‑day window.
If the requested size or color is not available, the return may be processed as a refund or store credit instead, following the same conditions as other returns.
9. Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
If a customer receives a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered, Vasroventures should be informed within 48 hours of delivery by emailing order@vasroventures.com with photos and a description of the issue.
After verification, Vasroventures may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund; in such approved cases, return shipping charges may be borne by Vasroventures.
10. Non‑returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, specific categories such as innerwear, certain accessories, and other items mentioned as “Non‑returnable” or “No return/No exchange” on the product page cannot be returned or refunded except where they are defective or incorrect.
Gift cards, store credits, and promotional vouchers are also non‑refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled by the customer only before they are dispatched; once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the 15‑day return process if eligible.
In case of a successful cancellation before dispatch, any prepaid amount may be refunded to the original payment method or as store credit, as per Vasroventures’ policy.
12. Returns and refunds after 15 days
No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted for any reason after 15 days from the date of delivery.
Customers are advised to check products promptly upon delivery and raise any issues or requests within the 15‑day window, as exceptions to this rule will not be made.
